The market today is driving telecom companies to
capture market share through technology leadership
and customer service. We partner with companies to transform
themselves to succeed in this market, by increasing their
agility to respond and creating revenue opportunities in their operations.
A dedicated competency-based practice drives our focus on the converging telecom
and Internet space. With an emphasis on client comfort, we use state-of-art
technologies that enhance value realization for our clients.
The telecom subscribers can send and receive emails
and voicemails to their respective mail account over the cellular phone.
The subscribers can speak voice commands over the cellular phone, to browse
through their mailbox and to access other facilities. This means that
they don't have to listen to the tedious touch-tone based menus like,
press 1 to “read mail”, press 2 to “reply”, press 3 to “forward-the-mail”
etc. They can simply speak the commands such as "read mail",
"reply", "forward-the-mail", over the cellular phone and let the mail system do the rest.
Our service converts text messages of any size sent whether from a cellular
phone or a computer, into voice messages and plays them over the user's
cellular phone. Long messages even with text or html attachments can also be
sent. This remarkably friendly service based on the IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
system could be made available for all subscribers by the service provider.
The subscribers just need to dial a notified number from his cellular phone to access the service.
They may then use it in the following ways:
- They can send a message to their friends,
acquaintances or others from their cellular phones, in their own
voice. These messages are carried in the audio file format and the
recipients of the message can listen to them either on their
computers or on their cellular phones.
- The users can send voice messages of 2
minutes duration, which can be about 240 words. This corresponds
to a fair amount of information.
- The recipients can reply to the messages
using either the cellular phone or a computer. If the recipient
uses a cellular phone to reply, the replies will be in the
recipient's voice. The recipient can also send the reply back in
text format using the computer. This text message gets converted
into a voice message and will be played over the phones in a
natural sounding synthesized voice.
- The cellular number itself serves as the
email ID for the subscriber.
- Messages can be received from any email account across the world. There is
no restriction on the length of messages that can be received. The arrival
of new mails in the inbox will be intimated through SMS on the cellular phone.
