    A vibrant and young human resource base with an average age of 27 years and an average experience of 4+ years. This workforce comprising of Ph.D’s, MS/M.Tech/ME’s (Electronics), MCA’s, MBA’s, postgraduate’s, B.E./B.Tech (Computer Sc./Electronics) and Graduates, is a prime driving force in our quest for excellence.

    Renowned professors from institutes like IIM, IIT’s, IDIAP – Switzerland, and software-training institutes, are imparting special technical and behavioral training. Long-term degree courses are also encouraged and sponsored to enhance our employee asset worth on a long-term basis.

    Journals and magazines are subscribed to keep abreast of latest technical trends, marketing trends and general awareness. In house library of more than hundred and fifty technical and general books are available for use by all our team members.

    As a percentage of revenue, we invest five percent of our revenue to Training & Development initiatives.
