Profile
A vibrant and young human resource base with an average age of 27 years
and an average experience of 4+ years. This workforce comprising of Ph.D’s,
MS/M.Tech/ME’s (Electronics), MCA’s, MBA’s, postgraduate’s, B.E./B.Tech
(Computer Sc./Electronics) and Graduates, is a prime driving force in our quest
for excellence.

Training & Strategic
Interaction Technical, functional and behavioral training is imparted, to constantly

Renowned professors from institutes like IIM, IIT’s, IDIAP
– Switzerland, and software-training institutes, are imparting special
technical and behavioral training. Long-term degree courses are
also encouraged and sponsored to enhance our employee asset worth
on a long-term basis.
Journals and magazines are subscribed to keep abreast of latest technical
trends, marketing trends and general awareness. In house library of more than
hundred and fifty technical and general books are available for use by all our
team members.
As a percentage of revenue, we invest five percent of our revenue to

Undertaken In November 2000, an initiative to become process oriented was started
with the prime goal of implementing a “Quality System” leading to ISO 9001

international markets w.r.t world class products and services.
A Quality Excellence Committee has been formed which is responsible to
achieve, sustain and scale new heights in the quality processes &
systems.
